• Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of Services
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your subscription

• AI content reflects general patterns and data and may not account for your specific situation
• You should review and independently verify any AI-generated content before relying on it
• FiscEdge is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated outputs

FiscEdge does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FiscEdge, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
